	Other Information	PSINet Network Operations will over the coming nights be upgrading PSINet backbone routers in light of the recently announced security notices. PSINet customers will only notice unusual routing patterns or see short interruptions while the maintenance is taking place. This will also affect off-net traffic while our peers carry out similar maintenance plans. This advisory is available at http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/cisco-sa-20030717-blocked.shtml.
